We made some web animations for Upaj app's official website, where they want to show their process from farm to app.
From illustrations to lottie animations, we made possibly very small file size.

Motion a website can actually afford
Upaj by Absolute wanted their site to feel alive rather than static, without the page paying for it in load time. Video was the obvious answer and the wrong one, because a hero video costs megabytes before a visitor has read a single line.
We animated it in Lottie instead. Lottie plays vector animation from a JSON file, so it stays sharp at any screen size, weighs a fraction of a video, and can be triggered by scroll or hover rather than autoplaying at everyone.
That changed how we designed the motion. Instead of one big cinematic moment, the work went into small moments that reward attention as you move down the page, and loop cleanly so nothing ever looks like it has stopped working.
The result is motion that carries the brand across the site and still leaves the performance budget for the things that actually convert.
