You buy a personal license to use our plugins. Don't resell, don't share keys. You own everything you create with them. Liability cap = what you paid us. 14-day refund. Indian law applies.
These Terms govern your use of Motion Bridge, Video Bridge, and any other software, content, or services ("the Plugins") sold by Gillu Studio, operated by Sagar Soni from Gurugram, Haryana, India.
By installing, activating, or using a Plugin, you accept these Terms. If you don't agree, request a refund within 14 days under our Refund Policy and stop using the Plugin.
Each Plugin is an extension for Adobe After Effects or Premiere Pro. The Plugins communicate with third-party AI providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google) using API keys you supply — BYOK. You pay providers directly for any AI usage. We don't proxy or resell their APIs.

Plugins are sold as one-time purchases via our payment processor (Polar.sh / Razorpay / Stripe). Prices on product pages are inclusive or exclusive of GST as displayed at checkout, depending on your billing region.
All sales are subject to our Refund Policy — full refund within 14 days, no questions asked.
The Plugins require an API key from at least one AI provider to function. By using the Plugin, you:
We're not responsible for outages, errors, or changes to third-party AI APIs.
You own everything you produce using the Plugins — motion designs, edits, captions, compositions. We claim no rights to your work.
Outputs may, however, be subject to your AI provider's terms regarding content rights and usage.
How we handle your data is described in our Privacy Policy. In short:
The Plugin software, code, design assets, brand marks (Gillu, Motion Bridge, Video Bridge), and documentation are the property of Gillu Studio (Sagar Soni). Your license to use the Plugin does not transfer ownership.
You agree not to use the Plugins for:

The Plugins are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Plugins will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or compatible with all systems. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, our total cumulative liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or your use of the Plugins is limited to the amount you actually paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages — including loss of profits, data, or business.

You may stop using the Plugins at any time. Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy.
We may revoke your license without refund if you materially breach these Terms (piracy, reselling, abuse). In that case, you must uninstall and delete the Plugin.
We may update these Terms over time. Material changes are notified via email or a banner on this site. Continued use of the Plugins after a change indicates acceptance. The date at the top reflects the current version.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Gurugram, Haryana, India.
